COVID - 19 Updated Office Policy

The following safety measures are being implemented in the office

Frequent sanitization of the furniture, door knobs and office supplies

15 to 30-minute gaps between sessions

UV filtration for anti-viral air protection
-
2-meter distance between seating areas
-
Hand sanitizer is supplied

Facial tissue is supplied
-
Bottled water is supplied
-
Foot-pressed garbage disposal is available
-
SandTray option is limited to one client per day to allow proper sanitization

Insurance Coverage
Your workplace Extended Health Benefits may cover the cost of counselling provided by a Clinical Counsellor. Please consult with your Insurance Company Provider or with your Human Resource Department to verify your coverage prior booking the first session. Direct billing is available through EAP/EFAP program, Victim Services, WCB, and soon coming with TELUSHealth insurance.
Payment Methods
The following methods of payments are accepted:

The payment is generally due within the 5 business days of the appointment.​​
Sessions are generally billed to the clients.
Sessions through EAP, Victim Services and other private contracts are billed directly to the EAP/contract providers.

Additional Reports
Any additional session notes, reports, insurance statements are billed at a regular hourly rate.
​
Please note that you are welcome and encouraged to take as many session notes as you'd like.
​
Late Cancellations
Please allow 48 hours to rebook or cancel the appointment.
Late cancellations are billed at $100 per session. Missed appointments are billed at full rate.
